Ticketing

  • What can I do with the My Wings Tickets online account?

    You can use your My Wings Tickets to transfer tickets to a friend or family member, reissue tickets to yourself, exchange tickets for a future game, and redeem your ticket vouchers.*

  • How do I log into the My Wings Tickets online account?

    You can log in to your My Wings Tickets account by visiting MyWingsTickets and clicking Log In To My Account. Use your account number and password to login. If you have logged in from your mobile device, make sure the New Experience button in the top right is toggled on.

  • What if I haven't activated My Wings Tickets online account?

    If you have not activated your My Wings Tickets account, you will need your PIN number and Wings Season Tickets account number. Once you have access to both your PIN and account number, visit MyWingsTickets and click Activate Account. Follow the steps on the screen to activate your account, create a password, and finish setting up your account.

  • I don't have my pin and/or account number. What should I do?

    If you have not received or cannot locate your PIN number or Wings Season Ticket account number, please contact Wings Service at [email protected] or at 215.952.LAX2(5292).

  • I forgot my password, what do I do?

    Before logging in, click “forgot password.” You will then be prompted to enter your email address, and you will receive an email with a temporary password. Then, use your account number and temporary password to log into your My Wings Tickets account. You will have the opportunity to change your password after.

  • I don't see my Wings Season Tickets when I login, what do I do?

    Please contact Wings Service at [email protected] or at 215.952.LAX2(5292).

  • How do I access my digital tickets for the game?

    You have three simple options on how to easily and quickly access your tickets.
    1. Using the digital ticket links received in the ticket delivery email from [email protected]
    2. Visit MyWingsTickets and sign into your online account
    3. Download the Wells Fargo Center App and follow the instructions

  • How do I reissue my tickets?

    Reissuing your tickets is FREE. Simply login to your My Wings Tickets online account and select Reissue. Select the game(s) you wish to reissue to the email address associated with your account. Check the box or boxes to indicate which seats you wish to reissue, then click Next. Confirm the Delivery Method and click Next. Lastly, click Yes, Reissue and the selected tickets will be sent to the email address associated with your Wings Season Tickets from [email protected].

  • I have friends or family arrive separately to the game, how do I give them my tickets?

    Transferring tickets on your mobile device is FREE and is now easier than ever. You can transfer your tickets by logging in to your My Wings Tickets online account from your mobile device. Once you are successfully signed in, make sure the NEW EXPERIENCE button in the top right is toggled on, and select the game you wish to transfer. Click the word Transfer and then simply type in the phone number of the person you wish to send the tickets to and click REVIEW TRANSFER. The recipient will receive a text with a link to accept the transfer. The recipient will need to click the link, fill in all of the information requested, and click ACCEPT TRANSFER. *Transfers have 36 hours to be accepted before expiring. Trying to transfer tickets on your desktop? Visit MyWingsTickets and sign in to your My Wings Tickets online account. Select Ticket Transfer to get to the game selection screen. Select which game you want to transfer and click NEXT. Select which ticket(s) you want to send, enter in the transfer recipient’s information, and click NEXT. Confirm the transfer information is accurate and select YES, MAKE TRANSFER.

  • I printed out my tickets but left them at home. What do I do?

    You have a few options on how to access your tickets.
    1. Open the email you received from [email protected] on December 4, 2019. That email contains the individual ticket links to all of the games in your season ticket plan. Click on the appropriate link and present your ticket for entry or save it to your mobile wallet.
    2. Visit MyWingsTickets from your mobile device and sign in to your online account. Make sure the NEW EXPERIENCE button the top right is toggled on. All of your games will be listed individually. You are then able to click on the appropriate game and save the ticket to your mobile wallet for entry.
    3. Download the Wells Fargo Center app from the Apple App or Google Play Store, create your app profile, and login to your Wings Season Ticket account using the email address associated with your account to connect your tickets.

  • I printed my mobile tickets, but the QR code comes up really big. What do I do?
  • How do I exchange my tickets for future games?
    As a Wings Season Ticket Member, you have the ability to exchange tickets to future games if you choose to do so. You are able to exchange out of (release your tickets) any regular season game that you wish and then can exchange in to (receive additional tickets for) any remaining regular season game. To process an exchange, log in to your My Wings Tickets account and select Exchange. All of the games that are available in your Full Season Ticket plan will be listed. (Any games that were previously transferred or exchanged will not be listed and are unable to be exchanged.) Select the game you’d like to exchange, select the seats to exchange and then click NEXT. The games that are available for you to exchange into will be listed. Select the game of your choice. Next, find new seats for the game you selected by searching by price or seat location. When you are ready to proceed click CONTINUE. Review the new seats you selected and select your delivery method. Once you are ready to proceed click NEXT, confirm everything is correct and click YES, SUBMIT EXCHANGE. Your ticket exchange is now complete. You will receive a confirmation email as well as a separate email containing your new tickets.
  • What if I have unused tickets for games that were already played?
    If you missed a game and didn’t use your ticket(s), you can exchange your unused ticket(s) only at the Wells Fargo Center Box Office on Wings game days or during normal Box Office business hours.
  • I see vouchers on My Wings Ticket online account. What are they?
    All Wings Full Season Ticket Members now have access to (4) complimentary Bring Your Friend vouchers which can be redeemed online through your My Wings Tickets online account. To do so, log in to your online account and select Exchange. You will see your vouchers at the bottom after all of the listed games. Select voucher(s) you wish to redeem and then select the game you wish you redeem your voucher for and follow the remaining instructions.
  • Where are my Bring Your Friend vouchers?
    The vouchers can be located through the Exchange tab of your My Wings Tickets online account. To view the vouchers, log in to your My Wings Tickets online account, select Exchange, and scroll all the way to the bottom.
  • Where are my parking passes?
  • Do I need to save my tickets to my phone before coming to the Wells Fargo Center?
    You do not have to save your tickets if you do not wish to do so, but we do recommend saving the tickets to your Mobile Wallet for convenient access at all times to your tickets.

  • What are my discounts as a Wings Season Ticket Member?
    As a Wings Season Ticket Member, you are eligible for a 15% discount at the Wells Fargo Center Team Store either online or at the Wells Fargo Center during Wings home games. You are also eligible for the following concession discounts at Wings home games by showing your ticket at the concession stand:
    • $5 Beers during pregame in the East Food Hall
    • 50% off hot dogs, fountain beverages, and popcorn at all Liberty Kitchen locations from the time doors open until the end of the 1st Quarter.
  • What do I need to get my discount at the Wells Fargo Center Team Store?
    When ordering online, your Wings Season Ticket Member account number acts as a special promo code to redeem the discount. At Wings home games, you can present your ticket to the cashier at the Wells Fargo Center team store to redeem your discount.

  • When are the exclusive Season Ticket Member events?
    Details are currently being finalized for all Season Ticket Member events. Stay tuned for more information. Exact dates and details surrounding the events will be communicated to you via email. Make sure you have the most updated email address associated with your account.
  • As a Wings Season Ticket Member, do we get a gift?
    Yes, as a thank you all Wings Season ticket Members will receive a special Wings scarf! One scarf per seat, redemption details will be communicated via email at a later date.

2019-20 Season Updates

The NLL recently announced the cancellation of the 2019-20 regular season, including the three Wings home games scheduled take place at Wells Fargo Center. These games will not be rescheduled. All ticket purchasers will be contacted by email regarding their purchase with credit/refund options.
