Rambo, a graduate of LaSalle College High School, was an NLL All-Rookie selection and nominee for Lacrosse Player of the Year (US Lacrosse magazine), while Baptiste broke the NLL’s face-off record with 362 wins and was also named to the NLL All-Rookie team. Crowley was the team’s points leader in 2019-2020.

The Wings also bolstered their offense for 2021-2022 season by acquiring NLL champion and Drexel University alumni Ben McIntosh. McIntosh set a career-high and tied for fourth in the NLL in 2018 with 46 goals, tied for third in the league with 13 power-play goals, and tied for first in the NLL with three game-winning goals. He finished 2019 tied for fourth in the NLL with 41 goals and tied for 10th in power-play goals with eight.
