Ticketing

What can I do with My Wings Tickets online account?

You can use your My Wings Tickets to transfer tickets to a friend or family member, reissue tickets to yourself, exchange tickets for a future game, and redeem your ticket vouchers*.

How do I log in to My Wings Tickets online account?

You can log in to your My Wings Tickets account by visiting WingsLax.com/MyWingsTickets and clicking Log In To My Account. Use your account number and password to login.

What if I haven’t activated My Wings Tickets online account?

If you have not activated your My Wings Tickets account, you will need your PIN number and Wings Season Tickets account number. Once you have access to both your PIN and account number, visit WingsLax.com/MyWingsTickets and click Activate Account. Follow the steps on the screen to activate your account, create a password, and finish setting up your account.

I haven’t activated My Wings Tickets online account yet and I don’t have a PIN number and/or my account number. What should I do?

If you have not received or cannot locate your PIN number or Wings Season Ticket account number, please contact Wings Service at Wings-Service@comcastspectacor.com or at 215.952.LAX2(5292).

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Before logging in, click “forgot password.” You will then be prompted to enter your email address, and you will receive an email with a temporary password. Then, use your account number and temporary password to log into your My Wings Tickets account. You will have the opportunity to change your password after.

I can login to My Wings Tickets online account, but I don’t see my Wings Season Tickets. What do I do?

I can’t find my tickets for the next home game. What should I do?

You can use your My Wings Tickets online account to reissue your tickets to the email address associated with your account.

How do I reissue my tickets?

Reissuing your tickets is FREE. Simply, login to your My Wings Tickets online account, and select Reissue. Select the game(s) you wish to reissue to the email address associated with your account. Check the box or boxes to indicate which seats you wish to reissue, then click Next. Confirm the Delivery Method and click Next. Lastly, click Yes, Reissue and the selected tickets will be sent to the email address associated with your Wings Season Tickets from WellsFargoCenter@Paciolan.com.

I have friends or family coming separately to the game. How do I give them my tickets?

You can easily transfer your tickets to your friends or family using the Transfer Tickets option in your My Wings Tickets online account. Ticket Transfer is FREE. You can transfer your tickets by logging in to your My Wings Tickets online account, and select Transfer. Check the box or boxes to indicate which game(s) you wish to transfer and click Next. Select the seats on the left side of the screen, and enter the RECIPIENT’S information. Click Next, and then Yes, Make Transfer to confirm the transfer.

I want to have my tickets reprinted. What should I do?

You can have your tickets reprinted for selected games. Tickets can be picked up at Will Call Window 18 with a valid photo ID. As a Wings Season Ticket Member, the first reprint is FREE. After that, reprints are subject to a $5 per ticket processing fee, which will be charged to your Wings Season Ticket account. Playoff ticket reprint pricing is subject to change. To request a reprint, visit WingsLax.com/MyWingsTickets and select Reprint Tickets, and fill out the form from the drop down menu.

I printed my mobile tickets, but the QR code comes up really big…What do I do?

This is fine and you will be able to enter the Wells Fargo Center on the date printed on the ticket.

I printed out my tickets, but left them at home. What do I do?

You can use the Wells Fargo Center Mobile App to access your Wings Season Tickets from your mobile device. Simply download the Wells Fargo Center app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, create your app profile, and login to your Wings Season Tickets account using the email associated with your account to connect your tickets.

How to I exchange my tickets for future games?

As a Wings Season Ticket Member, you have the ability to exchange tickets to future games. To do so, log in to your My Wings Tickets account and select Exchange. Select the game then the seats you wish to exchange. Then select the future game you wish to exchange the seats for, and select your new seat location. You can only exchange your tickets once.

What if I have unused tickets for games that were already played?

If you missed a game and didn’t use your ticket(s), you can exchange your unused ticket(s) only at the Wells Fargo Center Box Office on Wings game days or during normal Box Office business hours.

I see vouchers on My Wings Ticket online account. What are they?

If you have Wings Season Tickets in the Turf Row or in the Center 6 sections, you received complimentary Bring Your Friend vouchers which can be redeemed online through your My Wings Tickets online account. To do so, log in to your My Wings Tickets account and select Exchange. You will see your vouchers at the bottom after all of the listed games. Select voucher(s) you wish to redeem. Then select the game you wish to redeem your voucher for, and follow the on screen instructions.

Where are my Bring Your Friend vouchers?

The vouchers can be located through the Exchange tab of your My Wings Tickets online account. To view the vouchers, log in to your My Wings Tickets online account, select Exchange, and scroll all the way to the bottom.

Where are my parking passes?

If you purchased Wells Fargo Center Parking Passes with your Wings Season Tickets, you can access them either with the Wells Fargo Center mobile app or by vising your My Wings Tickets account.

Discounts

What are my discounts as a Wings Season Ticket Member?

As a Wings Season Ticket Member, you are eligible for a 15% discount at the Wells Fargo Center Team Store either online or at the Wells Fargo Center during Wings home games. You are also eligible for the following concession discounts at Wing home Games by showing your ticket at the concession stand.

  • Fan Favorite Stands: 50% off hotdogs, soda, and popcorn at Fan Favorite Stands located behind sections 104, 110, and 122.
  • Cure Insurance Club: $5 draft beer specials and ½ price appetizers at Campo’s in the Cure Insurance Club from doors until the start of the game.

What do I need to get my discount at the Wells Fargo Center Team Store?

When ordering online, your Wings Season Ticket Member account number acts as a special promo code to redeem the discount. At Wings home games, you can present your ticket to the cashier at the Wells Fargo Center team store to redeem your discount.

What are the concession discounts for Wings Season Ticket Members?

During Wings home games, Wings Season Ticket Members are eligible for the following concession discounts:

  • Fan Favorite Stands: 50% off hotdogs, soda, and popcorn at Fan Favorite Stands located behind sections 104, 110, and 122.
  • Cure Insurance Club: $5 draft beer specials and ½ price appetizers at Campo’s in the Cure Insurance Club from doors until the start of the game.

Wells Fargo Center App

After I try logging in, it says “user is not authenticated” or another error message. Why is this happening?

Make sure you are logging in with the credentials associated with your Wings ticket account. You want to fully type out your email address instead of having it “autofill” in the field.

If I transfer tickets to my friend from the app, do they need to get the app, as well?

Yes, the recipient will have to “Join” the Wells Fargo Center app, and log into their ticket account. If they do not currently have a ticket account, they will have to create one. They must have to app to accept the transferred tickets.

I transferred tickets to my friend, but it is shown as “Pending” in my app. Why is this?

This means your friend has not accepted the transfer yet. Remember, they have 36 hours to accept the tickets, or they will go back into your inventory.

I transferred tickets to my friend, and now they are trying to transfer the same tickets to someone else. There is no option to transfer. Why?

Once tickets are transferred once on the app, they cannot be transferred a second time.

Do I need to save my tickets to my phone before coming to the Wells Fargo Center?

We recommend having the tickets either in your Apple Wallet or saved as a PDF on your phone before getting to the Wells Fargo Center that way it is smooth sailing once your arrive.

How will I get my parking pass?

The same way that you get your tickets. They will be in “My Tickets” in the top left hand corner. Also have this ready before arriving to the arena.

Why do I have to log in twice?

One is the log in to the app itself, the other is the log in to your ticketing account. We recommend using the same email for both log ins if possible. However, once you log in the first time, you will never have to log in again.

Communication

How do I get updates about Wings Season Ticket Member events (including the Wings Meet the Team event), game details, and updates?

Updates about yours Wings Season Tickets will be sent via email from updates@events.comcast-spectacor.com to the email associated with your Wings Season Ticket account. Please make sure that you have your most up to date email address associated with your Wings Season Ticket account.

I want to update the email address associated with my account. How do I do that?

Please contact Wings Service at Wings-Service@comcastspectacor.com with your account information and your updated email address.

What discounts do Wings Season Ticket Members get at the game?

It’s game day. How do I get in?

Prior to entering the Wells Fargo Center and its parking lots, please have your ticket and/or pre-purchased parking passes ready to present to the event staff.

What time do doors open for Wings home games?

Doors open 60 minutes prior to the start of Wings home games. For example, if the game time is 7:00pm, the doors will open at 6:00pm.

Is parking included with my Wings Season Tickets?

No, parking must be purchased separately. As a season ticket member you receive 20% off parking. To redeem log in to your account or contact your Wings Sales Representative or by contacting Wings Customer Service at Wings-Service@comcastspectacor.com or at 215.952.LAX2(5292).

What do I do if I didn’t pre-purchase parking?

You may use a debit/credit card or cash to purchase parking upon entry to the Wells Fargo Center parking lots.

What is the bag policy at the Wells Fargo Center?

I’ve lost my tickets I printed out. What should I do?

You can use the Wells Fargo Center mobile app to access your tickets from your mobile device. You can select the tickets that were emailed to you. You can also reissue the tickets to yourself and use the emailed tickets to gain access to the Wells Fargo Center on the game date of the selected ticket.

Events & Gifts

When are the exclusive Season Ticket Member events?

The Season Ticket Member events will take place in March and April. Stay tuned for more information. Details surrounding the events will be communicated to you via email. Make sure to have the most updated email address associated with your account.

As a Wings Season Ticket Member, do we get a gift?

Yes, as a Wings Season Ticket Member, you are eligible to receive a Wings Season Ticket Member gift. More details and exact instructions will be communicated to you via email.
