Medeiros played Jr. A for the Brampton Excelsiors, where he was a member of the 2018 team that won the Iroquois Trophy as Ontario champions and participated in the 2018 Minto Cup. In 60 career games for Brampton, Medeiros contributed 17 points on 4 goals and 13 assists.
