Dear Philadelphia Wings Season Ticket Members,
As you know, with yesterday’s announcement from the NLL pausing this season, all Philadelphia Wings games scheduled at the Wells Fargo Center are postponed until further notice. The safety of our fans is our number one priority, even if that means lacrosse will not be played for the time being.
As this situation continues to rapidly evolve, we thank fans for their patience and understanding and want to be as transparent as possible. We recognize that you will have questions regarding your tickets, and we are committed to working with you to provide the most accurate information as it becomes available.
Below, you’ll find answers to some of the most immediate questions we know you have.
I have tickets for an upcoming game. What do I do?
As of this moment, all fans should hold their tickets. They will be valid when games are rescheduled.
What if games are cancelled or played with no fans present?
Tickets for cancelled games or games played with no fans present will be eligible for credits and/or refunds. As additional updates regarding cancellations become available, we will promptly communicate them.
Does this affect other Wings events?
Effective immediately, all Philadelphia Wings events will be paused until play resumes for the NLL season. This includes the Turf Row Member meet and greet, Pre-Game Turf Times, and Wings Sales events. Information on new dates and times will be communicated when they are determined.
How does this affect group tickets for upcoming games?
For groups that purchased Wings tickets for an upcoming game and were scheduled to participate in a pre-game or halftime activity, you will be contacted when rescheduled dates are determined.
How does this affect my Wings 2020-21 Season Ticket Renewal?
Information regarding renewals for the 2020-21 season will be sent out once decisions have been made around postponed games for the current 2019-20 season.
Are other Wells Fargo events going on as planned?
All Wells Fargo Center events through March 31 have been postponed. We will communicate updates as they become available.
